1. These Terms

1.1 These are the terms and conditions which regulate your membership of Apollo Tips Limited and on which we provide you with access to our websites (www.apllotips.com) and to our associated Telegram servers where our Members (Premium or free tier memberships) can access our exclusive value based services (the “Services”).

1.2 Please read these terms carefully before you sign up to be a member of Apollo Tips Limited and access the Services. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide you with access to the Services, how we may suspend or terminate your membership, how we may change these terms, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

1.3 By using the Services, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use the Services.

3. Liability and Risk

3.1 All information published by us or provided to you via the Services is for recreational purposes only and does not constitute advice or a call to action in respect of any gambling activities. While we try to ensure that the information we provide is as accurate as possible, such information is provided to you on an ‘as is’ basis and to the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties or representations are provided by us in relation to any information, data, tips or recommendations made available via the Services. We will not be liable to any party for any losses, financial or otherwise, sustained as a result of reliance on any information provided via the Services. By using the Services you agree and acknowledge that betting is a high risk activity with no guarantee of profit. Any election by you to rely on any information provided by us in making betting or other decisions is taken entirely at your own risk.

3.3 The Services are for use by private individuals and are only for private, non-commercial use. The Services must not be used for commercial purposes, redistribution or resale to third parties.

3.4 If you use the Services to place a bet with one of the third party bookmakers featured on our website (each a “Third Party Bookmaker”) you will do so via your own account with the relevant Third Party Bookmaker. You will either place the bet using an application provided by the Third Party Bookmaker or you will be redirected to the Third Party Bookmaker’s own website. In these circumstances you will be accessing information from, and your information will be processed by, the Third Party Bookmaker not Apollo Tips. Clause 9 of these terms will apply to any such interactions which you have with Third Party Bookmakers while using the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no liability in respect of any agreements which you enter into with a Third Party Bookmaker.

3.5 We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any of the odds or other data published on the website. Where you place a bet with a Third Party Bookmaker the transaction will be governed entirely by the Third Party Bookmaker’s own terms and conditions.

3.6 If you enter into a transaction with a Third Party Bookmaker we are not acting as your agent nor are we acting as the agent of the Third Party Bookmaker.

3.7 To the extent permitted by applicable law our aggregate liability to you for any loss or damages arising from or relating to these terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise in connection with the Services, shall not exceed £250. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Services.

4. Our Contract With You

4.1 To be a member of Apollo Tips Limited, and to access the Services, you must be over the age of 18. The Services are intended for use in the United Kingdom. Members must comply with all laws and regulations which apply in their jurisdiction. Apollo Tips Limited does not condone illegal or underage gambling.

4.2 Your registration as a member of Apollo Tips Limited shall only be accepted when payment to our service has been completed, at which point a contract shall come into existence.

4.3 You will be able to access and use the Services when the payment and Telegram registration process has been completed.

4.4 Please check the details you provide during the registration process carefully before confirming them. You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by you is complete and accurate.

4.5 You are responsible for keeping the password you use to access the Services secure. You may not share this password with a third party to allow them to gain unauthorised access to the Services. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password, please take steps to secure your account.

4.6 Apollo Tips Limited and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services. Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these terms and conditions you are not granted any rights to, under or in any patents, copyright, database right, trade secrets, trade names, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licences in respect of the Services. The website www.apollotips.com must not be framed on any other site without our permission.

4.7 We may amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Services, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time

4.8 You are only able to join the service and enter a contract by agreeing to these terms before payment is made, please ensure you read and understand these terms before signing up

5. Service Availability

5.1 We may update and change the Services from time to time, to reflect changes to the features we offer, the functionality of our platform, our users’ needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.

5.2 The Services are made available to Premium Members at the price agreed at point of sale

5.3 We may have to suspend the Services to: (a) deal with technical problems or make technical changes; (b) update the Services to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or (c) make changes to the Services.

5.4 We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Services for business or operational reasons. We will try to give you notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

5.5 We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

5.6 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Services. You should use your own virus protection software.

5.7 You must not misuse the Services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, the server on which the Services are hosted or any server, computer or database connected to the Services. You must not attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

6. Suspending or Terminating your access to our Services

6.1 We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, at any time and without warning, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

6.2 We withhold the rights to timeout, kick or ban any user from Telegram at any time should we feel that you have broken any of our Discord server rules, which include but aren’t limited to:

Be respectful – This means no intentionally mean, rude, or harassing comments. Treat others the way you want to be treated

No screenshots or discussions of bets/tips or anything betting related that hasn’t previously been posted by the Apollo Tips team

No discussion of any other betting or money-making strategies, including matched betting or any other type of betting service/betting method or process

No inappropriate language – Use of profanity should be kept to a reasonable minimum. Any derogatory language towards any user is prohibited. Swearing is permitted in casual channels only, while the official help and code channels should be kept free of any profane language.

No spamming – Do not send a lot of small messages right after each other. These disrupt chat and make it hard to scroll through the server

No pornographic/adult/other NSFW material

Advertisements for other services are not allowed

Threats are forbidden – Threats against members or Apollo Tips staff are prohibited and disallowed and will result in an immediate ban. This includes threats made outside of our own service

Don’t share your personal information – Do not share your personal information or the personal information of other users without their consent. This includes phone numbers, addresses, and any other sensitive information.

No political and/or religious discussions

Do not intentionally disrupt conversations or create a hostile environment for other users. This includes trolling, flaming, or excessive arguing

Racist, sexist or derogatory language will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate lifetime ban

No public shaming or call-outs. If you have an issue with another user or their behaviour, address it privately or report it to a staff member. Do not publicly shame or call out other users in the server

Keep discussions relevant to in the chat channels to apollo tips bets only – Stay on topic and ensure that your discussions are relevant. This includes questions on why bets are value or any other topic that covers value/true odds or similar

Do not share graphic or disturbing content – Such as gore, violence, or explicit sexual content.

No promoting or discussing drugs, alcohol, or other substances

No blackmail, threats, or harassment – Do not engage in blackmail, threats, or harassment of any kind, whether in public or private messages.

No recruiting for other servers or communities

Do not evade bans or mutes – If you have been banned or muted, do not attempt to evade the punishment by creating alternate accounts we will remove your accounts immediately with no refund of subscription

We withhold the right to update our rules at any point and without notice, it is your responsibility to check for updates as an when they occur

6.3 You must compensate us for any loss we incur as a result of your failure to comply with these terms. If we suspend or terminate your access to the Services as a result of your failure to comply with these terms, we may require you to reimburse us for the net costs we incur, or will incur, as a result of your failure to comply with these terms.

6.4 Our decision on removing users from our service are final – We do not offer refunds for any user, active or banned. Please see term 14.1 for more information.

6.5 We may write to you at any time to let you know that we are going to stop providing the Services.

8. How we May Use Your Personal Information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy on our website.

9. Third Party Links and Content

9.1 The Services may enable or assist you to access the content of, correspond with, and purchase products and services from, third parties via third-party websites or applications. Any interaction you have with such third-party websites or applications is solely at your own risk and we make no representation, warranty or commitment and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the content or use of, or correspondence with, any such third-party website or application, or any transactions completed, and any contract entered into by you in such circumstances. We recommend that you refer to the third-party website or application’s terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to using the relevant third party website or application. We do not endorse or approve of any third-party website or application nor the content of any third-party website or application made available via the Services.

9.2 We shall not incur any liability to you in respect of any advertisements featured on the Services for the products or services of a third party. Any interaction that you have with such advertisements is solely at your own risk.

10. Other Important Terms

10.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these terms.

10.2 This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

10.3 Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

10.4 If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

10.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Services in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Services in either the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Services in either the Northern Irish Courts or the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including this clause 10.5, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

10.6 We will provide you with advice on which bets to place; Team Apollo Tips identifies value bets using a simple mathematical formula to identify bets where the likelihood of a given outcome is higher than the odds offered by the bookmaker in question.

We have chosen not to display these workings, including and not limited to giving fair odds or any other similar terms because we have designed this service to be as simple as possible for new or experienced value bettors.

11. Payments

11.1 We have partnered with Whop.com who supply us with the required payment mechanisms to manage your subscription.

All payments are handled by Stripe.com, a fully secured and regulated payment provider.

Payments are accepted from a range of payment methods including debit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay (where applicable).

11.3 Payments will show on your payment method statement as Apollo Tips Limited

12. Subscriptions

12.1 Subscription services are handled by Whop.com

12.2 To manage your subscription, please access your Whop.com account using the email you received from Whop.com on signup, or via reminder emails Whop.com will send you to your registered email addresses prior to the subscription being renewed.

13. Cancellation

13.1 You can cancel your subscription with us at any time

13.3 Once you cancel, you will still have access to the Services up to the end of your current subscription timeframe

14. Refunds

14.1 Value Vultures Limited provide advice only so do not provide refunds for the Services we provide, either in part or full.
